The culinary offer of Benifallet is exhibited each year thanks to the celebration of its gastronomic days. Inaugurated in 2005 with rice as protagonist, the different restaurants of the village show their specialties that revolve around a typical ingredient of the cuisine of the area. Among these, the different ways to prepare the rabbit and cof stand out. The first weekend of November, the gastronomic month of Benifallet begin with an opening ceremony in the `casal´, the city hall, where succulent dishes that will make up the menus of the restaurateurs of the locality are presented.
