La Farinera Vins welcomes you and opens the doors to this family business so that you can taste the products made with the fruit of our lands, products made with love, simplicity and work. With them we want you to get closer to our environment, to some vineyards that embrace the enthusiasm of a new company and the experience of our ancestors, who have left us the love of the dry land.
The expansion of the winery La Farinera Vins, is a construction of 2011. It is designed and created not only to increase capacity, but to improve the work and quality of our wines. The new winery allows us to work in gravity, thus eliminating the use of pumps, avoiding seed breakage and high pressures.
We must also highlight the facilities as they help us work at much lower sulfur levels, thanks to an inert gas circuit (mixture of nitrogen and carbon) that each of the tubs have, so we avoid possible alterations in the you. In our way of working hygiene plays a very important role, which is why we work with tubs, machines and stainless material. However, the key is in the raw material (grapes), which arrives in our cellar in excellent health.
