Eco Castells is the result of the experience of four generations of rice farmers from the Ebro Delta. Convinced of the importance of respect for nature and as a legacy for future generations, we cultivate our fields in an ecological way to obtain healthy rice and with the utmost respect for the environment in which we live.
We are currently growing the Marisma and Arodelta varieties. Marisma is a round, pearly and large rice that absorbs flavors very well and is especially suitable for making paella rice, both dry and mellow. The Arodelta variety is a long and aromatic rice, recommended for accompaniments or salads.
In the near future it is planned to work with other types of rice, such as the Ricastello variety ideal for cooking risotto, to complete the current offer.
