Restaurant Molí dels Avis
The Molí dels Avis Restaurant is located in an old oil mill of the s. XIX in L'Ametlla de Mar and rehabilitated as a restaurant: we were able to get a restaurant unique in its design, as we have preserved all its original pieces, such as the press, millstone, belts, engine, etc.
In this way diners can enjoy the beauty of the place itself along with a menu of dishes focused on the gastronomic tradition of Catalan cuisine, with a touch of Japanese fusion focused on the star product of our house, such as tuna Red (Thunnus Thynnus).
Our company philosophy focuses on a friendly, attentive and simple service while being delicate and with the professionalism that the customer needs at all times. We are interested in being able to offer excellent recommendations of the day. The a la carte service is only 30 diners per service so it is advisable for our customers and to give a better service to book food or dinner to ensure space and adequate service.
Our cover letter is therefore a warm and familiar atmosphere, where we combine two key concepts: Tradition and Progress. Result of this combination: Excellent quality of service in a very good restaurant, always familiar.
La nostra filosofia d'empresa se centra en un servei amable, atent i senzill alhora que delicat i amb la professionalitat que el client necessita a cada moment. Ens interessem en poder oferir unes excel·lents recomanacions del dia. El servei de carta és únicament de 30 comensals per servei de manera que és aconsellable per als nostres clients i per donar un millor servei fer reserva del menjar o sopar per poder garantir plaça i un servei adequat.
La nostra carta de presentació és doncs, un ambient càlid i familiar, on combinem dos conceptes claus: Tradició i Progrés. Resultat d'aquesta combinació: Excel·lent qualitat de servei en un molt bon restaurant, sempre familiar.
