Itinerari La Vall d'Infern

The itinerary starts by climbing up to a sunny spot covered in evergreen oaks (Quercus coccifera). As the incline changes as we get closer to the Font de la Vall de l’Infern, we start to find Aleppo pines (Pinus halepensis) along the way. In the first stretch we enter a very dense young pine forest which, after being ravaged by fire in 1993, has regenerated itself naturally. Further ahead, we walk between examples of large diameter pine trees which survived the fire.

Finally, we go across the headwater of the Vall de l’Infern and the La Coscollosa ravines and in a northbound direction with views of the interior valleys of the massif.
