The company is made up of 3 partners. The General Manager, Savier Sabaté, who is in charge of controlling the production of saffron and its derived products (liquor and saffron cream, saffron cakes). Ricard Rico Solé, as CEO (executive director) in charge of the administration of the company, and Toni Forner, responsible for the export to emerging markets.
Saffron is obtained from plantations located in Rasquera, on the Safrà Paumerà estate. In addition to saffron, derived products are also marketed, such as saffron cakes, saffron liqueur and cream, oil and saffron honey.
